The best tasting protein shake



Okay all; here is my favourite shake recipe. I am absolutely in love with this shake, and look forward to it each day. It tastes more like a boost juice treat, than a mass building drink.

Now follow these simple steps, and enjoy:

Step 1: Add crushed ice into a blender. The more you put, the icier, and thicker your shake will turn out.

Step 2: Add one large banana, and a few strawberries (or any other fruit you love)

Step 3: Add 1 or 2 scoops of AST XGF Lean Mass Gainer. Make sure it's the vanilla flavour (chocolate doesn't taste as good in this mix). I've tried it with a few other shakes, but this is by far the best tasting with this particular mixture.

Step 4: Add 300ml of low fat milk (whole milk for hard-gainers), and mix.

There you have it, simple, but bloody delicious. Enjoy!

How to Get Six-Pack Abs

Okay, thought I would chuck up this blog to post updates and rant every now and again. I was a little annoyed, because someone seems to have taken the i-want-abs blogspot address. So, I've just called it the want-abs.blogspot (clever, I know).

If you don't already know me, my name is Mat, and I put together the complete Free Beginners Workout website called http://www.i-want-abs.com.

The main reason I created the I Want Abs website was to give readers and beginners an honest and FREE guide on what it really takes to get the body you need. It includes workouts, sample diets, cardio plans and much more. As much as the gizmos and diet pills market tells you how easy it is to get into great shape, I'll drop the facts and tell it how it really is. No fake promises, if you want to look awesome, you are going to have to bust your ass in and out of the gym.
